Global Drying Services reconstructed an 80,000 sf building after a major water damage. The building had to be completely dried, partially gutted and replaced with drywall, paint, wallpaper, carpet, ceramic tile, electrical, plumbing and security among other various restoration work.

Global Drying Services performed emergency drying service for twenty branch offices of Hancock Bank after hurricane Katrina (2005). Most of the branch offices were back in business within days of the hurricane, Katrina, with minimal or no construction to be done.

America Best Suites Hotel

Global Drying Services performed emergency drying services for the four-story America's Best Suites in Lake Charles after it was affected by hurricane Katrina (2005). After our drying services, the hotel was ready to re-open with minimal construction.

Keiser College

Global Drying Services performed emergency drying services for Keiser College after it was damaged by hurrican Wilma (2005). We were asked to dry a six story college building of approximately 150,000 sf. Not only did we dry it, we did it in 5 days! The college opened in five days with no construction needing to be done on the interior.

Global Drying Services performed emergency drying services on the main office of the Bank Trust building in downtown Mobile, AL. Storm surge from hurricane Katrina (2005) caused problems on the first floor and roof damage caused problems on floors two, three, four and eight. We removed the carpet on the lower level and saved all other materials. They were back in business in five days.

First National Bank of Florida

Global Drying Services performed emergency drying services for the First National Bank of Florida from damages it suffered to its roof from hurricane Ivan (2005). We dried and salvaged most of the interior except for some ceiling tiles. The bank was back doing business in six days.
